- Conductcomprehensive briefings for workers prior to deployment, covering criticaltopics such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), required tools, detailedjob descriptions, reporting times, attendance tracking protocols, and documentverification procedures.
- Ensure that allworkers arrive on deployment day with the mandated PPE, tools, gate passes, andrelevant documentation, achieving a goal of 100% attendance.
- Communicate newproject requirements clearly to ensure all workers are informed and prepared.
2. Deployment Coordination
- Collaborateclosely with site in-charges and workers to facilitate a seamless deploymentprocess, ensuring an efficient handover of responsibilities.
- Overseeessential pre-employment processes such as trade tests, Health, Safety, andEnvironment (HSE) inductions, and medical screenings, enabling workers tocommence their duties without any hindrance.
- Provideattendance reports and feedback to the operations team for ongoing tracking andnecessary updates.
3. Attendance and Invoice Management
- Collect andverify timesheets and attendance records for deployed workers monthly tosupport the preparation of client invoices.
4. Grievance Redressal
- Address andresolve worker grievances that may arise regarding attendance discrepancies,project amenities, working conditions, and management-related complaints.
- Professionallymanage client grievances related to worker productivity, adherence to legalrequirements, compliance with PPE standards, and provision of necessary tools.
5. Project Updates and Risk Mitigation
- Gather andrelay updates on project progress to the operations team, addressing issuesrelated to client credibility, payment concerns, and legal matters.
- Collaborate indeveloping strategies aimed at mitigating identified risks associated with clients’project.
- Recognize andcommunicate potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities to theoperations and sales teams within existing projects.
7. Emergency Support
- Provideimmediate assistance to workers and clients during medical emergenciesoccurring within duty hours.
8. Gate Pass Coordination
- Oversee theapplication and renewal processes for gate passes as required by the operationsteam, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
9. Amenities Oversight
- Ensure that allworkers have access to essential amenities in project site, including restareas, washrooms, safety and security provisions, drinking water, diningfacilities, transportation, and first aid services.
- Collaboratewith finance and operations teams to facilitate the submission of invoices andfollow up on outstanding payments as necessary.
11. Candidate Sourcing
- Assistoperations and administrative teams in sourcing candidates from local marketsor vendors, ensuring a reliable pipeline of qualified personnel.
- Support operationsteam in renewal of gate passes and the collection of necessary documentationfrom locally sourced candidates.
13. Reporting
- Compile andsubmit daily activity reports to the supervisor, documenting key activities,progress, and any issues encountered.
