Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar seeks a Mechanical Engineer with strong well integrity experience to oversee 550+ wells across 21 platforms, ensuring compliance with NOC policies and ALARP principles.

You will monitor and analyze well integrity issues, review derogations, maintain the Well Integrity Management System, and work with Drilling, Subsurface, Field Ops, HSE and offshore teams.

The role is based in Doha with occasional field visits to Al Shaheen and logistics bases.

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
IWCF level 4 (Well Intervention or Drilling).
Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze and propose solutions regarding well integrity.
Ensure derogations are analyzed and approved in CMS.
Maintain Well Integrity Management System and related software.
