Join our team and take charge of driving business growth while building strong client relationships across enterprise and government sectors in Qatar and the GCC.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across IT, ELV, CCTV, cybersecurity, and AI solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and government clients
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic account management and effective deal closing
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in target segments
- Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reports in CRM
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Projects, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–8 years of proven sales experience in IT infrastructure, ELV, CCTV, and cybersecurity solutions within Qatar/GCC
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure
- Highly proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal writing
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
