Job summary

A marine industry company in Qatar is seeking a skilled ROV Technician responsible for the maintenance and operational support of ROV systems used in subsea projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in offshore oil and gas, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Work-Class ROVs, as well as relevant electrical and mechanical certifications. The role emphasizes safety compliance and requires familiarity with IMCA standards.

Qualifications

• Must have offshore safety training including BOSIET and HUET.
• At least 3 years of experience working as an ROV Technician.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, electronics, and fiber optics is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post-dive inspections and repairs on ROV systems.
• Monitor ROV performance data and report anomalies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.

Skills

Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic certifications
