Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an oil and gas environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve reliability issues of the assigned plant.
• Perform RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and BA (Bad Actor) analysis.
• Comply with reliability programs and achieve section KPIs.
• Contribute to developing training material for staff.
• Support preparation of the Business Plan for review and approval.
• Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with external engineering resources to eliminate problems.
• Provide input to RAM and PTAI studies.
