The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a governmental role and must be bilingual in Arabic and English. This position requires proven leadership in managing large-scale facility operations and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in facilities management, including at least 3 years in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of facility operations and maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality.
• Develop and implement sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and reporting.
