A strategic aerospace company in Doha is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to oversee and advise on public sector procurement activities. You will develop procurement strategies, ensure compliance, evaluate suppliers, and mentor teams. The ideal candidate has over 17 years in procurement, with significant governmental experience in Qatar, and is bilingual in Arabic and English. Qualifications

• 17+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• At least 3 years in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s procurement laws, including Law No. 24 of 2015.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for public sector projects.
• Ensure compliance with procurement laws and internal controls.
• Evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
