  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays or risks.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices in project management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Healthcare experience is must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
