Description

This position is responsible for supervising the preparation of detailed programs for projects under the program management plan and monitoring their implementation.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor the implementation of approved programs and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Oversee the review and preparation of technical and follow-up reports, as well as the evaluation of programs and activities in the planned and implemented areas.
  3. Contribute to the development of operational and detailed program plans, reviewing and updating them periodically.
  4. Develop reports on program status, progress rates, and challenges, and submit them to the Head of Programs.
  5. Assist in monitoring project budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
  6. Participate in developing program management methodologies and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Contribute to the improvement of program management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
  8. Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting challenges and recommending improvements.
  9. Prepare detailed evaluation reports and present findings to senior management or relevant committees.
  10. Follow up on general and sub-plans, ensuring objectives are measurable and properly implemented.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in program or project management.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Ability to analyze project data and performance indicators to make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications:
