Job summary

PPOAR seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end product design process in Al-Khor, Qatar. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong background in industrial design and manufacturing collaboration.

The designer will create sketches, prototypes, and 3D models, conduct market research, and work with engineers to ensure manufacturability and quality. This is a full-time position based in Al-Khor with visa support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product ideas and concepts.
• Create detailed sketches, prototypes, and 3D models using design software.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product design decisions.
• Work closely with engineers and manufacturers to ensure products meet technical requirements.
• Oversee the production process to ensure products are manufactured according to design specifications.
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve product designs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the company.
