Black& Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst – Venue Technology (Arabic Speaking) who will be responsible for supporting the planning, monitoring, and reporting of venue technology projects and operational activities. This role will play a critical part in improving delivery controls, optimizing resource utilization, reducing service interruptions, and enhancing risk management and performance reporting across venue technology operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate recurring project reports and update dashboards to reflect progress, risks, issues, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
  • Work with project and operational teams to analyze project data, identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities, and present insights to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor system alerts and performance issues, coordinate troubleshooting actions, and drive corrective measures to minimize downtime and service disruption.
  • Inspect venue technology system performance, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and routine operational health checks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and operations leads to forecast and plan resource needs across venues and events.
  • Optimize resource utilization by recommending operational schedule adjustments and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
  • Track project progress and payment schedules to ensure alignment with planned budgets and cash flow requirements.
  • Facilitate efficient communication between internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates on project progress, risks, mitigation actions, and key decision points.
  • Act as a coordination focal point with external vendors and service providers, escalating and resolving performance issues as needed.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations in collaboration with service leads.
  • Provide continuous updates on technology readiness, resource allocation, timelines, and event transition activities (bump‑in / bump‑out).
  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication during event preparation and execution to ensure clarity and operational continuity.
  • Highlight progress, risk areas, and required actions to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in IT roles, with strong exposure to project management and venue technology operations.
  • Bilingual proficiency with Arabic (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience in project management methodology and venue technology operations related to building systems, AV / ELV, or similar infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, event‑driven operational contexts.
