Job summary

C2HR GLOBAL LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to oversee planning and scheduling for large civil construction projects. You will manage Primavera P6 schedules, coordinate with project teams, and integrate civil and architectural timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of planning experience in UAE/GCC/India, strong project controls, and proficiency with MS Project and Excel. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 12+ years of planning engineer experience in UAE/GCC/India.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cash flow, manpower planning and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update project schedules using Primavera P6 for civil activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors for planning and progress updates.
• Integrate civil planning and architectural schedules for seamless execution.
• Prepare baseline programs, look‑ahead schedules, recovery plans and delay analyses.
• Monitor milestones and critical paths to identify delays and propose mitigations.
• Track progress vs plan and generate progress reports and dashboards.
• Participate in meetings with consultants and clients.
• Input for monthly invoicing, procurement schedules and material delivery plans.
• Conduct time impact analysis and support claims documentation as needed.
