Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical history, physical examination, diagnostic investigations, and develop treatment plans.
• Obtain informed consent by explaining purpose and content of the consent form.
• Conduct consultations and procedures within licensed scope and privileges.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and refer to other specialists as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and report risks per policies.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
