Nair Systems LLC seeks an experienced RedHat OpenShift Engineer in Qatar to own design, deployment, security, and optimization of OpenShift clusters, Redis data stores, and IBM Cloud Pak architectures. You will lead container orchestration, middleware integration, and automated CI/CD pipelines across mission-critical systems.

Requires 6–8 years in OpenShift, Redis, CP4I/CP4BA, and enterprise security hardening. On-site in Qatar with a 2-week to 1-month joining window.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in container orchestration, Linux systems administration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on OpenShift administration, cluster sizing, and lifecycle management.
• Redis caching architecture with high availability.
• Experience integrating IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA).
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong documentation skills.
• Willingness for on-site work in Qatar with a 2 weeks to 1 month joining window.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise OpenShift clusters across physical and virtualized infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Redis caching environments for high throughput workloads.
• Integrate CP4I and CP4BA platforms into enterprise workflows.
• Establish automated CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Document cluster architectures, deployment scripts, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant operations.
