Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in MEP.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment types such as AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and Fans / LV.
• Experience with subcontract work.

Responsibilities

• Formulate a comprehensive commissioning program.
• Produce method statements with QA/QC manager.
• Review MEP drawings for commissioning problems.
• Oversee commissioning activities by subcontractors.
• Witness and collate all on-site pressure testing.
• Establish start-up and operating procedures.
