Job summary

Elegancia Facilities Management is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Trainer) to design and deliver technical training on mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety. You will oversee classroom and hands-on sessions, assess competency, and maintain records for continuous staff development.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and experience in maintenance or facilities management, plus a trainer certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Professional training certification (Train the Trainer or equivalent) preferred.
• 5-8 years in mechanical maintenance or facilities management, with 2-3 years delivering technical training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for mechanical systems and maintenance activities.
• Conduct classroom, workshop, and on-the-job sessions for technicians and engineers.
• Prepare training manuals, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Evaluate trainee performance through tests and competency evaluations.
• Ensure programs comply with industry standards and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance on HVAC, pumps, compressors, and rotating machinery.
• Maintain training records and certification documents.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE during training.
