Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in fire protection systems, HVAC, or industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Lead and guide junior technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Install, align, and commission new mechanical systems for fire applications.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and calibration of fire and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safe working practices and HSE policies.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records and service reports.
