Job summary

Workato in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of mechanical projects. The role requires strong technical skills, independence or teamwork, and a commitment to excellence across all tasks.

The candidate should bring at least 5 years of mechanical engineering experience, proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical engineering projects according to client specifications.
• Develop plans, cost estimates, and specifications for new projects.
• Monitor progress on engineering projects and ensure timely completion.
• Test mechanical components and systems for functionality and safety.
• Prepare reports detailing design changes or recommendations for improvement.
• Investigate potential technical problems related to mechanical systems.
• Consult with clients regarding project design changes or modifications.
