Job summary

Worley is a global professional services company delivering energy, chemicals and resources solutions. We seek a Materials & Corrosion Engineer to lead material selection for offshore and onshore facilities, develop corrosion strategies, and guide RBI/FMEA and RCA activities within FEED, detailed engineering and EPC phases.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in a related field, MME accreditation, and desirable NACE certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; accred. within probation.
  • NACE CIP3/CP Technologist or Corrosion Specialist desirable.
  • CPEng status or pursuit is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform material selection for offshore and onshore facilities.
  • Develop and implement corrosion management strategies.
  • Provide guidance on material and coating compatibility with fluids and gases.
  • Design asset integrity programs including RBI and FMEA.
  • Perform RCA for material failures and recommend actions.
  • Evaluate fitness-for-service for aging assets.
  • Ensure compliance with NACE, ASME, API, ISO, and ASTM.
  • Collaborate with FEED, detailed engineering, and EPC phases.
  • Review and approve material requisitions, technical bids, and vendor documents.
