Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage IT application services for client requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire application lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations, effective team leadership, vendor management, and compliance with security and performance standards. This role demands a strong techno-functionalbackground, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage and oversee client requirements, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing strategic IT solutions.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT applications, from planning and development to deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Ensure applications align with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers, business analysts, and support staff.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team productivity and professional growth.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize application requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and development roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Client Techs product teams and external software vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure application performance, timely updates, and seamless integration.
  • Plan and manage the budget for application development, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to meet application performance and security standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risksassociated with application development, maintenance, and deployment.
  • Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations as required.
