• Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role at a public or academic library.
• Extensive knowledge of cataloguing systems, collection development principles, and information retrieval methods.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals from different backgrounds.
