Qualifications

• 17–19 years of experience in strategic legal advisory for Consultant role.
• 20+ years of experience in executive legal leadership for Senior Consultant role.
• Bar admission/license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance and compliance.
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Lead enterprise-wide legal risk management programs.
• Advise on litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Represent organization in negotiations and arbitration.
