Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in a similar or related field.
• At least 3 years supporting both commercial and corporate functions within finance, investment, or corporate governance.
• Experience in an international law firm or reputable organization with a focus on corporate governance, compliance, and investments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate, commercial, M&A, and investment contracts.
• Lead corporate governance and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Oversee due diligence, legal documentation, and transactional processes.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate structure and investment activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on policy development.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks across all business operations.
