Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or special situations within holding groups, investment firms, or financial institutions.
• Proven record in shareholder-related matters and maintaining governance integrity in multi-jurisdictional structures.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and procedural law, including practical experience with English law documentation and principles.
• Experience managing complex ownership structures and multi-stakeholder decision-making.

• Prepare legal positions, procedural documentation, and evidence for corporate litigation.
• Represent the company in court proceedings and supervise external counsel.
