A leading energy company in Qatar is seeking an experienced professional to establish and implement IT Service Management frameworks using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years in enterprise IT, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry, with extensive experience in IT Governance and ITSM. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment.
  • At least 8 years of expertise in IT Governance and ITSM.
  • Strong experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
