Job summary

Uniqusus is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead ICOFR, SOX, and IFC engagements, driving risk assessments, control design, testing, and remediation across client environments.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with auditors, and deliver reports to senior management while contributing to business development and staying current with COSO, PCAOB standards, and India Companies Act requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of SOX/IFC/ICOFR compliance or internal audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of COSO, SOX 404, and related regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICOFR/SOX/IFC compliance programs for clients, including scoping and risk assessments.
• Conduct walkthroughs, process documentation, and identification of control gaps with stakeholders.
• Review design and operating effectiveness testing documentation.
• Review risk and control matrices, process narratives, and flowcharts.
• Coordinate with auditors and client stakeholders to ensure timely engagements.
• Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen internal control environments.
• Stay updated with COSO, PCAOB guidelines, and Companies Act requirements (India).
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support professional development.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management and audit committees.
• Contribute to business development with proposals and client presentations.
