Job summary

A leading international inspection company is seeking a Senior SHES Officer for a long-term onshore project in Qatar. The role involves ensuring HSE standards are maintained across all project phases, with hands-on supervision, training, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess at least 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, a NEBOSH Oil & Gas General Certificate, and strong leadership skills. This position is full-time and requires excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects in a supervisory or leadership role.
• ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 knowledge.
• NEBOSH Oil & Gas General Certificate (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE standards are maintained across all project phases.
• Conduct site safety awareness campaigns and daily site walkabouts.
• Track and report HSE performance metrics (leading and lagging).
