Qualifications

• 17–19 years of experience in GRC for Consultant level.
• 20+ years of experience at executive/advisory levels for Senior Consultant.
• Strong track record in influencing executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor on GRC policies and frameworks.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Shape GRC vision and roadmap for 5–10 years.

Skills

Knowledge of GRC standards and frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO)

Expertise in governance and risk advisory

Leadership and stakeholder management

Negotiation skills

Management of GRC transformation programs

Education

Master’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Governance, or Business Administration
