With 6+ years in design agencies or related fields, you bring mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, impeccable taste, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, including late-night sessions when needed. A design degree is preferred; portfolio required.

• Impeccable taste and design sense.
• Highly creative for live experience design and broadcast sets.
• Experience designing large-scale televised stages and sets.
• A design degree or diploma in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Excellent sketching skills.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong time management.
• Willing to work late nights to meet deadlines.
• Capable of handling direction and feedback.
• A design portfolio showing trends and modern aesthetics.

Aufgaben

• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrate concepts by designing art arrangements and submitting for approval.
• Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues.
• Contribute to team efforts by completing tasks as needed.
• Communicate with clients about layout and design.
• Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites (Photoshop).
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements.
• Align with company vision and design aesthetics across events.
• Support the creative lead in developing concepts for proposals.
• Design graphics and visualizations for event environments.
• Work with the production team to provide drawings and materials.
• Provide design support during production of events.
• Participate in client discovery calls and meetings; manage day-to-day communications.
• Research client brand guidelines to inform strategy and maintain standards.
• Drive proposal process with production manager and team, drafting bullets and copy.
• Revise and update proposals promptly.
• On event day, oversee execution and bring designs to life.
• Produce graphic renderings and visuals for proposals and client requests.
• Oversee printing needs for projects.
• Prepare presentation materials to pitch clients on vision for events.
