A Qatar-based consulting firm is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant to deliver strategic financial insights and support budgetary frameworks. The ideal candidate will have over 17 years of experience in financial planning and a strong focus on public sector finance, alongside expertise in ERP systems. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required. This role is pivotal in aligning financial decisions with national development goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 17 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within Qatar.
• Deep understanding of Qatar’s public finance regulations and budgetary processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models tailored to ministry programs.
• Analyze government financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of multi-year budgets and financial plans.
