Job summary

A professional services firm in Doha is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Risk Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will assist in developing the ERM framework, support risk assessments, and monitor compliance with policies. A bachelor's degree in Risk or related fields and 6-10 years of experience in Risk Management are required. Certification in Risk Management is preferred. The position offers the opportunity to work on special projects addressing enterprise-level risks.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Risk Management and the Insurance sector.
• Risk Management certification (e.g., CRM, IRM, FRM) is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of the ERM framework and annual risk objectives.
• Support risk assessment processes related to business plans.
• Ensure timely development and implementation of ERM policies.
• Monitor adherence to approved policies and compliance.
• Compile and maintain key risk reports and documentation.
