- 7–10 years of professional experience in civil construction industry within Qatar/GCC
- Minimum 5 years of infrastructure project experience in Qatar/GCC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of construction activities
- Experience with reporting under LREDC requirements
