Job summary

Malomatia in Doha seeks an Engineer – Frontend and Solace to build, administer, and support event-driven messaging across platforms. You will focus on Solace configuration, queue/topic design, reliable delivery, and production support in a Kubernetes/OKE-ready environment.

You will act as the Domain SME for the Solace messaging layer, owning platform administration and contributing best practices across integrations. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solace Administration including configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and queue/topic design.
• Frontend Technologies: NextJs, NestJs, Angular, React.
• Messaging Support: troubleshoot delivery failures and integration issues.
• Platform Operations: Kubernetes/OKE awareness for integration services.

• Design standards for messaging and event-flow patterns.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to enterprise messaging / event-architecture best-practice frameworks
• Act as Domain SME for the Solace messaging layer — contribute to messaging design standards, reusable queue/topic and event-flow patterns, and best practices across integrations.
• Provide design inputs and participate in design review sessions for new messaging and event-integration requirements.
• Own platform administration standards — maintain runbooks, SOPs, and validate backup/DR readiness for the Solace environment.

We are looking for an Engineer – Frontend and Solace skillset resources to build, administer, and support event-driven messaging capabilities across integrated platforms, with focus on Solace configuration, queue/topic design, message delivery reliability, and production support in a Kubernetes / OKE-aware environment. In addition, the individual will act as the Domain SME for the Solace messaging layer, carrying dual responsibility for platform administration ownership as well as messaging design, best-practice and reusable pattern contribution across the platform.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
