Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Qatar is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage employee relations and drive engagement in a large organization. Ideal candidates will have 12–15 years of HR experience, particularly in IT, Telecom, or Oil & Gas. Responsibilities include leading employee relations, ensuring compliance with Qatari labor laws, and mentoring junior staff. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

  • Native Arabic speaker currently residing in Qatar.
  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience in large organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data.
