The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in quality assurance/control and be well-versed in defense-grade quality systems and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading the development of quality management systems, overseeing inspections, and ensuring products meet stringent safety standards. The role demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in supplier quality management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality assurance/control experience in defense or aerospace sectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing practices, and process validation.
• Familiar with defense industry standards such as MIL-STD-1916 and AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Oversee inspection and testing protocols for products and components.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and support supplier development activities.
