The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and ensuring system performance. This role requires working shifts and being part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle databases, OAM, and Microsoft SQL Server platforms.
• Certification in at least one database technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Act as Tier II focal point for production issues.
• Follow event and change management processes.
• Execute maintenance plans and availability management.
• Manage OS upgrades and configuration compliance.
