Job summary

BPO PLUS in Qatar is seeking a Senior Data, AI & Analytics Architect (Arabic Speaker) to design and implement scalable data solutions onsite for 1 year, with potential extension. You will lead enterprise data, AI, and analytics architectures, work with business and tech stakeholders, and develop Looker dashboards and BigQuery-based data platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data/AI roles, strong GCP skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data science or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture/AI/analytics or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on with GCP Looker BigQuery Vertex AI Studio.
• Experience with data integration, ETL, data warehousing, and analytics.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory).
• Valid Qatar ID or eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for scalable data/analytics solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise Data/AI/Analytics architectures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports using Looker.
• Build, optimize and manage data solutions with BigQuery.
• Develop AI solutions using Vertex AI Studio.
• Compare and validate data between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design data lakes/warehouses and ETL/data pipelines; enable real-time analytics.
• Ensure governance, security, high availability, and DR.
• Lead database optimization, integration, and performance tuning.
• Integrate data from ERP, APIs, IoT, GIS and external sources.
• Collaborate with Google on enterprise performance dashboards.
• Review reports for data quality and consistency.
• Develop AI-powered solutions including Generative AI/LLMs/AI Agents.
• Evaluate new tech and drive innovative solutions.
• Support digital transformation from architecture to implementation.
