The role requires 46 years of postqualification experience in corporate and regulatory matters, offering strategic guidance on legal issues and managing workstreams independently. Candidates must possess excellent English and Arabic skills, with strong negotiation capabilities, and have prior experience in a reputable law firm.

Qualifications

• 46 years postqualification experience (PQE) in corporate commercial and/or regulatory practice.
• Prior experience in a leading law firm or reputable in-house legal department.
• Proven track record of working on crossborder M&A, joint ventures, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and restructurings.
• Advise clients on regulatory frameworks including compliance.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver legal insights in meetings.
