Job summary

A leading project management consultancy in Doha is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contract-related activities for a high-rise project. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in direct contract management, with strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and a proven track record in the Middle East. This role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience required.
• 6+ years of direct prime contract management experience in a relevant sector.
• Strong experience in the Middle East, preferably Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle contract management for high-rise projects.
• Administer prime contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Manage dispute resolution processes and contractor performance.
