Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman, a Doha-based construction firm, seeks a skilled Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead complex projects in Qatar. The role requires strong English communication skills and a solid background in civil engineering or construction management.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder coordination, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery of high‑quality results. Candidates with knowledge of local codes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and English communication skills; familiarity with local laws, regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track and safety protocols are being followed.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
• Manage project budget and approve expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and building codes.
