Job summary

Alftek is seeking a Senior Common Criteria Certification Specialist to lead the certification process for cybersecurity products and systems in alignment with international standards. You will evaluate security documentation, perform advanced risk assessments, oversee testing, and advise on EAL level decisions.

You will collaborate with developers, evaluators, and regulatory stakeholders while contributing to policy development and staying current with threats and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or information security or related field.
• Common Criteria certification from a recognized body desired.
• Minimum 8 years of experience; 4+ years in senior IT/information security auditing or risk management.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day certification activities and mutual recognition per scheme documents.
• Review Security Target documents, design specs, and test plans.
• Conduct advanced risk assessments and guide mitigation strategies.
• Oversee testing phase to ensure rigorous security testing.
• Mentor CB team members and evaluators; provide guidance on certification processes.
• Make recommendations on certification at specific EAL levels based on evaluations.
• Stay updated on threats, technology, and evolving standards.
