Job summary

A leading testing and certification company in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced inspection personnel for structural coating activities in offshore pipeline fabrication. The ideal candidate should possess NACE Level 2 or equivalent, with over 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, including at least 10 years in onshore gas facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standards and managing inspection records. A proactive safety presence is also required for this role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as inspection personnel for Oil & Gas projects, 10 years in onshore Gas Facilities.
• Experience in inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, and installation of oil and gas facilities projects.
• Ability to conduct training and audits effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with discipline codes and relevant standards.
• Exercise control over workmanship and conformance to specifications.
• Maintain records of calibration, inspection, and testing equipment.
• Perform final walkdown inspection and generate a punch list closure.

Skills

Coating Inspection Certificates such as NACE Level 2 / CSWIP BGAS 2 or equivalent

Strong leadership and supervision skills
