Job summary

QIC digital hub is seeking a Senior Communication Designer to lead brand communication across marketing campaigns and digital products, driving visual strategy and consistency. You will partner with Art Director, content team and product squads to create visual concepts, guidelines, and templates, mentoring designers and shaping campaigns for online and offline channels.

Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion/3D skills plus KPI-driven mindset will help elevate our brand and meet

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in communication design.
• Experience with brand identity and guidelines.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• Familiar with online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop brand visual communication with Art Director.
• Develop brand identity guidelines and templates; mentor designers.
• Create creative concepts and Key Visuals for campaigns.
• Collaborate with content team for viral visuals.
• Support product branding in apps, web, and landing pages.
• Design layouts for SMM, digital ads, CRM, DOOH.
• Analyze results and propose improvements with channel designers.
