You will gather and analyze requirements while ensuring solutions align with global banking standards. Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of experience in the banking sector, proficiency in business analysis techniques, and a strong understanding of banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
• Practical experience with BIAN frameworks, including Service Landscape and Business Capability Mapping.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations such as KYC, AML, Basel III.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define business capabilities.
• Support gap analysis between current and target-state architectures.
• Contribute to compliance with enterprise standards and BIAN frameworks.
