Job summary

A leading automation solutions provider in Qatar is seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead complex automation projects across Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in automation systems and proven project management skills, alongside strong commercial acumen. This full-time role offers a competitive package and requires proficiency in English, with Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of expertise in automation systems including PLCs, RTUs, Control Panels, HMIs and SCADA.
• 4-5 years of proven project management experience including high-value projects.
• Solid experience in commercial management, invoicing and revenue realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation projects ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee design, installation, testing of automation systems, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Manage project financials and ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Act as the primary client interface ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide regular project reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
