Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an architectural BIM modeler or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling workflows.
• Hands-on experience in creating and delivering COBie datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models at LOD 400 and LOD 500.
• Produce detailed construction-ready BIM outputs.
• Ensure accurate integration of architectural models with other disciplines.
