Job summary

Qatar Airways in Doha is seeking a Senior Air Traffic Optimisation Officer responsible for enhancing air traffic management through data-driven insights and operational performance evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data visualisation tools. This is a full-time position offering strategic involvement in enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• ATPL, CPL, Flight Dispatch, ATC, or ATM certification preferred.
• Experience within an ATM environment with an ANSP or airline flight operations.
• Strong knowledge of ICAO documentation and airspace planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced data models to analyze operational datasets.
• Utilise simulation tools to evaluate airspace design changes.
• Monitor data collection processes for quality and accuracy.
• Produce visualisations and analytical reports for decision-making.
• Contribute technical expertise and training on analytics tools.
