Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess potential security risks and threats to the company's operations in Umm-Said
• Conduct regular security inspections of facilities, equipment, and personnel to identify vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Train employees on security awareness and emergency response procedures
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as needed in the event of a security incident or crisis
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and reports
• Keep up-to-date on industry best practices and technological advancements in security systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice or Security Management preferred but not required
• Proven experience in security management with at least 2 years working as a Security Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of local laws related to security in Qatar
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing effective security measures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others on security procedures
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and experience working with local authorities is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations calmly
• Must be willing to work flexible hours if necessary
