Security Officer - Al-Wakra, Qatar

We are looking for a Security Officer to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in security and safety operations, preferably with a background in the Malaysian or South Asian region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property and premises at our location.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• patrolling the site and its surroundings;
• monitoring access control systems;
• responding to alarms;
• conducting investigations;
• issuing warnings/notices when necessary;
• and preparing reports.

Additionally, the Security Officer will be expected to maintain all security equipment and ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. A valid security license is mandatory for this role. Additionally, the preference is given to applicants who can speak English fluently and have their own accommodation and visa arrangements in Qatar.
