Job Description

Al Khebra Driving Academy, one of Qatar’s most trusted institutions for driving education, is currently seeking responsible and vigilant Security Guards to join its safety and facilities team in Doha. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets on the premises of the academy. This is a great opportunity for individuals committed to safety, discipline, and public interaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security of facilities
• Manage entry and exit points, check IDs, and authorize access to the premises
• Observe surveillance cameras and promptly report any suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to alarms and emergency situations
• Maintain a daily log of activities and incidents
• Ensure that fire safety and emergency equipment is operational
• Escort visitors, students, or employees as needed
• Enforce company rules and regulations professionally and respectfully
• Assist in crowd control and safety during student exams or events
• Coordinate with the police or emergency services when necessary

Education & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in security or military service preferred
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long hours
• Clean background record and valid ID or resident permit
• Basic English or Arabic communication skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
